Flourishes Pop it, noontime challenge #1
The challenge this time on Flourishes during the sneak peeks is to "pop it" I used their beautiful pear stamp and stamped and colored an extra set of the pears and popped them up. I also popped up the center of the beautiful Dutch doily frame die from Cheery Lynn. I cut a flourish leaf strip also from Cheery Lynn to use up the side of the frame. The background is dots by cuttlebug. Be sure to check out the gorgeous new sets from Flourishes and join in the blog hop this week.
Cheery Lynn Roses
The challenge on Cheery Lynn this week is roses. Their rose dies are fantastic because they cut several layers at one time!! I used rose large, rose medium, Swedish spring oval, Fanciful flourish,
Flourish leaf strip for the die cuts. I added some narrow gold peel off borders and a peel off best wishes. I cut an extra Swedish oval and used the center in white and sponged Victorian velvet distressed ink around it, also colored the roses with the same ink.

Flourishes Father's Day
The challenge this week at Flourishes is Father's Day. I chose the stamp set The Guiding Light for this challenge. I stamped the images in Tea Dye distressed ink and sponged the ship with that and a little blue for the water. The papers are metallic and very rich and masculine in real life. Be sure to check out the designers cards on the blog, some really creative masculine cards for inspiration.

Joan's Garden challenge pink and white
The challenge this week at Joan's Garden is pink and white. I started with a cryogen white card, layered cryogen white with a pink piece behind it, trimmed in a gold pen and used a Marianne cut and emboss folder with a border of dots from Cuttlebug along the top. I used a labels 20 Spellbinders die cut in the center and trimmed it in gold also. Peel off thinking of you on the pink layer and prima rose with Cheery Lynn leaf border and gold liquid pearls for the dots. All of the dies can be purchased from Joan's Garden.

Flourishes Lace and Pearls
The challenge on Flourishes this weeks Timeless Tuesday is lace and pearls. I wanted to make something different and decided on the 2,5,7,10 box at Split Coast Stampers.
The pretty Magnolia stamp is from Flourishes Magnolia set and I colored it with copic markers. The pretty vellum background is from my stash and I used vellum spray adhesive to attach it. Spellbinders die trimmed in gold pen and some pearls added. The lace is from my stash also and the pretty rainbow ribbon as well.

A pirates "real" treasure
What a treasure for a pirate to find!! The challenge this month on our Stampscapes II yahoo group is going to be pirates. I was giving them some ideas even if they don't have pirate stamps. The Mermaid is from Rubber Stamp Ave and the rest of the stamps are Stampscapes. I colored them with copic markers and the air compressor system. I'm also using this for the Craft a Scene beach theme.
