Crafty secrets cotton scraps Christmas
I CASED, copy and share everything from Linda's works of heart blog
She made this gorgeous card and I found I had a different cotton Scrap from Crafty secrets to play with so I used all golds and copper on mine. She has a tutorial on how to cut and fold the cards on her blog. Enjoy and thanks for stopping by.
Basic grey challenge embossed
I made this for the Basic grey challenge blog
I used basic grey Indian summer papers for the iris folding. I used a spellbinders die for the cut out and sentiment. I found some pumpkins and leaves to add which are glittered.

Autumn iris folding
Midnight madness challenge #20
I added a second card to this challenge group, I love the holographic images from the Glitter girls so I made this angel one also.
I sort of followed the challenge today because my image was a little too large on Midnight Madness blog. I used an image from the Glitter Girls in the UK and some flower soft around the border. The sentiment is from a sticker sheet also. Thanks for stopping by and please join the Midnight madness blog for some awesome challenges.

A few more metallic backgrounds
Midnight madness challenge #19
I made this card for the weekly challenge over at Midnight madness.
Priscilla has a great challenge every week and goodies to give away also. I made this background which doesn't look metallic in the scan but it's really shimmery in real life. Just take dark colors or in this case bright orange cardstock and a sponge brush and paint metallic acrylic paints over it lightly. It was fun, very easy and very quick to make, then I ran it thru the cuttlebug and it's all done. Make sure to put down a garbage bag or something under the paper, it's kind of messy!!! LOL Have a great day and thanks so much for stopping by.

Difficult days
Stamp A Mania cards
I received some new stamps from Stamp A Mania the other day and had a great time playing with them. I used Copics, and the airbrush and spica pens to color all of them. You do have to sign into their website but then you can see their wonderful stamps and go shopping, what better way to spend the day!!

Fall gate fold card
I watched a video on this gals blog for the magical card, hers has the window inside and I did not do that part. I love the spellbinders pinking sheer circle and it worked great for this card. I stamped some leaves on the DP and the autumn stamp in the center.

Melissa Frances Cameo
I found this gorgeous cameo and frame at the St. Charles, IL scrapbook convention a couple of weeks ago. It's a white resin and I painted it using my copic markers and distressed it with Gold Ranger alcohol inks. I ran the spellbinders label 4 thru the cuttlebug and layered it on pretty pink Satin Ribbon from Flourishes. I used my copics to color white flowers from Hobby Lobby, in the bridal section, lots of flowers for not much money and copics or even Shimmerz works well on these. I punched a few vines out the same green pearl paper with a M.S punch. Hope you enjoyed this, I love these cameos. Thanks for looking.

Basic grey challenge
I made this card today for the basic grey challenge, here
I used basic grey paper of course and the stamps are from flourishes.
Our Daily Bread Challenge
I made this double pocket card for the challenge on our daily bread designs blog. I adapted the size to a 12x12 CS and ended up with a 6" square card. Here is a link to the tutorial, just scroll down on Judy's page to get the directions for her card. This was fun and I think this paper from Best Creations ink is so pretty, the butterflies and swirls are all glittered and raised. Thanks for stopping.
