A few scenes from my retreat!

These are just a few of the scenes that I made during my annual scenic stamping retreat.  I had 12 gals here from several states and we had a wonderful week of stamping, laughing, eating and fun!!  The stamps are many different companies, Stampscapes, Sutter stamps, Beeswax and probably more companies for some of the smaller stamps.  I colored them with copics and the airbrush.  Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoy them.

Craft a scene spring flowers

Our challenge for the Craft a scene this month is spring flowers.  I used a variety of stamps for this challenge. The castle is from Beeswax, fountain and lady are Sheena Douglas, fence unknown and flowers are Heart felt creations. I used some little grass stamps and birds from Stampscapes.  All images were colored and airbrushed with copics and I added some fine flower soft for the flowers and bushes by the castle. The water in the fountain has diamond stickles on it to make it shine.

Scenic stamping week

I hosted a scenic stamping week in my area with 14 gals this week. We had a fabulous time, stamping, laughing and eating!! They stamped from 8am until midnight or later and created some gorgeous scenes.  On these scenes I used stamps from Beeswax for the focal images, the bottom one I filled in on the left side of the falls with a couple of Stampscapes.  The top one is done on semi gloss paper and inks, the lower one is done with copics and cryogen paper.  Our retreat was fantastic and I think we all needed to laugh that much after the horrible winter and flooding this spring. It was great therapy.

"Royal Challenge"

Our challenge today at Creative Belli is make a card for the Royal Wedding this week. Either something for a wedding or the color Purple, or crowns or whatever is Royal.  I used an old Me and Carrie Lou carriage stamp for this.  I finished the scene with Beeswax castle and some Stampscapes, the fan and hat are also Me and Carrie Lou, added some ribbon and bling. I colored this scene with copics and then scanned it so I could print it off smaller.  Be sure to check out the Design team cards as they are fabulous, all DT's are listed on the right side of my blog.

Stamping with a friend this week

I went to visit a friend and do some scenic stamping for some challenges on our Sutter and Stampscapes yahoo groups. We were to make a sunset card for Sutter and a summertime card for Stampscapes. I used cryogen white paper, black memento ink and copics on all of these cards. The stamps are from Sutter, Stampscapes, Beeswax, Sparkle and Sprinkle and probably a few more in there also. Thanks so much for stopping by!!!
