I stamped the pretty Winter Wonderland from Power Poppy with black Memento ink and colored it with copics.  I cut it out and used the same die cut to make a frame for this and edged it in gold pen.  I cut a burgundy and blue Merrie Christmas and off set them so it has a shadow effect.  I added some bling with gems to finish the card.

Rose bouquet from Power Poppy

This beautiful image is a digital from Power Poppy.  I downloaded it onto cryogen white text weight and colored it with copic markers. I love the cryogen white papers to use with copics, the ink floats a little for blending but it's the easiest paper I have found to use with copics.  It's not a bright white more of a winter white with some sparkle to it.

Climbing Clematis in purples

This beautiful clematis and butterfly image is a digital image from Power Poppy.  I downloaded it onto cryogen white text weight and colored it with copic markers.  the die cut is Go Kreate one I had in my stash and I edged everything with a gold pen. The corners are peel off stickers.

Power Poppy's digital tulips

I downloaded the tulips from Power Poppy's site onto cryogen white text weight paper and colored them with copic markers.  I cut out around them and edged all the layers with Krylon gold pen.  The die cut is from Sue Wilson's creative expressions.

No line coloring with Markers

This is my second no line coloring project for Power Poppy.  This one is done with copic markers.  I really like the marker coloring technique and it was fun to make this.

Power Poppy "No line coloring"

The challenge this month over at Power Poppy is No line coloring.  I used their download of the Camellias and  colored pencils to color this.  It was quite a challenge using colored pencils, been years since I've used those and I only have a very small package of them.  I watched Alyce's video on the coloring with the pencils and tried to recreate some of her techniques.  It was fun even though I think I will like her marker videos better, I'm not patient enough to use this method all the time. LOL

I sponged some distress ink around the image and added some layers. I haven't added the saying and won't until I need to send the card, then I can add whatever saying I need at that time.   The card is 5x7.

May Flowers by Power Poppy

Power Poppy's challenge for May is May Flowers.  I love this tulip image and printed it out on cryogen white paper and colored it with copic markers. I used a Cheery Lynn stitched oval die to cut it out and trimmed it in a gold pen.  I added a tulip cuttlebug embossing to the background in pale yellow and attached it to a 5x7 lavender card.  The saying is from Power Poppy's  clear stamp set blooming wonderful.   I used a Sue Wilson die for the saying.  Be sure to check out the gorgeous flower images at Power Poppy.   I used the feather and pearls to cover up where my hand moved and I got some gold on the front of the oval while I was edging it in the gold. You can always find a way to cover a boo boo.!!!!
