Flourishes Stamp off the page challenge

The challenge over at Flourishes Timeless Tuesday is to stamp off the page with your image.  I used their new set,  Autumn blossoms and used the smaller corner stamp which went off the page on the end of the bouquet.   I colored the image with fall colors of copic markers, added some tiny beads to the center of the flowers and on the sentiment.  All of the dies used on this card are Marianne dies from Joan's Garden.  I used Anja's corner, Anja's square, Anja's large and small ovals.  The flower and leaves are from my stash and I trimmed the inside and top with holographic gold peel off borders and a gold pen.     I found my inspiration for this card from
Kathi's blog, her card was so gorgeous!!!

Marianne's shaped card

I made this pretty Christmas card for the shaped card challenge on Marianne Design Divas blog.  The 3 background dies are from Anja's Square die set and white front die is the center of the small oval by Petra.  All of these Marianne dies can be purchased from Joan's Garden.    The green leaves are from the holly strip leaves from Cheery Lynn Designs.  The poinsettia is Spellbinders and all of these can be purchased at Joan's Garden also.

Cheery Lynn Vintage and Stampin Sisters in Christ Time

The challenge over at Cheery Lynn this week is a vintage look.  Stampin Sisters in Christ is Time, there is a season for all.  I started this 5x7 card with a cuttlebug clock folder and sponged some oak brown ink over the raised portions.  The clock stamp and saying is from Our Daily Bread Design Time set.  I used the silver circle and inverted scalloped circle dies from Cheery Lynn for this and sponged ink around the edges to distress them.  The corners are from Cheery Lynn's Lace corner Deco F   I added the mini fanciful flourish from Cheery Lynn and sponged all of these with the oak brown ink.  The die for the saying is from cuttlebug and it too was sponged for distressing.  Check out the pretty cards on both Cheery Lynn and Stampin Sisters in Christ.

Our Daily Bread Design Leaf Word challenge

ODBD challenge this week is to pick at least 3 letters from the word "leaf" and use something that starts with those letters.  For my card I'm using the L for layers, A for Aqua and F for fall.  This pretty little scene is from the Quiet Waters stamp set and I used spellbinders labels 20 to cut it out.  I colored it with copic markers and used lots of pretty aqua glitter on the water.  The little leaves are a  Cheery Lynn die and it comes with the acorn die.  The background is an Embossed metallic paper from JoAnn's.  Stop over and check out the Design Team's cards, they are gorgeous!!

Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Happy Birthday

The challenge for this week at Flourishes is to make a birthday card.  I chose their gorgeous Autumn Blossom set and colored it with fall colors of copic markers.  The background paper is from JoAnn's and it's embossed with copper metallic leaves.  I added some peel off copper borders and the corners are the gorgeous Lace Corner Deco F from Cheery Lynn.  The saying is a peel off and I used the Spellbinders Label 4 on this card.  I added a triple bow and gem to finish this card.  I'm entering this card is the Flourishes Timeless Tuesday and Cheery Lynn challenge.    Please check out the challenges on each of these blogs and join in the fun!!

More Marianne Dies with Cheery Lynn

I made this card using the newest Marianne Anja's square. I got this die from Joan's Gardens website.  I started with a 5x5 square and then added the layers in cream and lavender. I topped them with some lavender silk ribbon and then made the flower from the large and medium rose strip from Cheery Lynn.  The flourish leaf strip is from Cheery Lynn and the little gold ferns are a MS punch.  I added a purple gem to the center of the flower to finish this card.  I hope you enjoy it.

Marianne Dies

I've been playing with my new Marianne dies. I love how elegant and feminine these dies are and they cut so well.  The background paper on this one is adhesive fabric from JoAnn's.  The pretty flourishes are Cheery Lynn and I added some peel off corners and saying.  The next one is Spellbinders dies, Spellbinders poinsettia and MS leaf punch. The same Cheery Lynn dies for the flourish.  The pink center die is the center of one of the Marianne dies.

Scenic stamping retreat

I attended a three day scenic stamping retreat last weekend.  It was so much fun and I made lots of great scenes to use to make cards.
Most the stamps in these two scenes are Stampscapes.  I colored them with copic markers and the airbrush system.  Unfortunately you can't see all the glitter on the waterfall one it's really pretty all glittered up!

Flourishes inside and out

The challenge at Flourishes is to decorate the outside and don't forget the inside of the card.  This gorgeous new  autumn blossom set is so much fun to color.  I used fall colors of copic makers, the die cut is the new spellbinders Resplendent Rectangles and the saying is the center cut of romantic rectangles.  The border is the Carnivale border from Cheery Lynn.  The inside was stamped with distressed ink and the saying over it in tuxedo black.  Here is the inside of the card

Flourishes think pink

One of Flourishes challenges this week is to think pink!!  I used their gorgeous passion flower set and colored it with copics.  I cut it out with a spellbinders label 8 and sponged some distressed ink around the edges and then edged it with a gold pen.  I used an embossing folder for the green background and added some gold peel off corners.  For the bottom corner I started with a
Victorian Romance Flourish from Cheery Lynn Designs and added a die cut flower over it from Heartfelt Creations.

Christmas ornament scenes

I made all of these Christmas cards to give to our nursing home for prizes.  They have an incentive program for the patients, for every activity they attend and participate in they get points and then they get to go shopping once a month with their points. It's a wonderful way to get patients out of their rooms and active.  Most of the stamps used are from Stampscapes, I think this buck is from Sutter stamps. All colored with copic markers.  The ornament shape is Spellbinders 2010 ornament die.
