Ribbon hearts
The Spellbinders blog DT had some sneak peeks today for the new dies coming out. I loved what one of the gals did with ribbons and the new Easter eggs which will be released at the end of the month. I tried it with my heart nestabilities and it works pretty well. It would be much easier with the straight edge hearts than these scalloped ones though. I ran paper thru the zyron and then laid the ribbons on it, ran it thru the wizard several times and then trimmed the heart out to get the little edges etc. Martha Stewart heart border punch and some embellishements.

I absolutely LOVE how you have show cased some different ways to use a border punch! Very clever!
Thank you so much for stopping by my blog! Wow, -20, Ok I guess it's not so bad down here in FL after all. You have definitely put in perspective for me, teehee!
What a pretty card. I love the scalloped heart in heart. Is the large heart paper pieced? Or a combo of paper and ribbon?
Hi Karen,
Just caught up on your wonderful work,
Adore them all, especially the blue heart,
Hugs
