Sweet stamps recipe

Our challenge this week at Sweet stamps is a recipe,  1 ribbon or border, 2 designer papers, 3 gems.  I used some pretty papers from Graphic 45, stamps from Sweet stamps, die cuts from Cheery Lynn Designs and lots of bling.
