Our Daily Bread Design sketch
This beautiful sketch is the challenge this week at ODBD blog. I kept this very simple so I could use it as a masculine card. I don't have any rope type twine or anything but that would have been good on this card with the anchor in the background. Be sure to check out the gorgeous card on the blog.
All images are Our Daily Bread Design. Paper are prima and spellbinders and ODBD die cuts.

Belli challenge, Tool shed
Our challenge today at Creative Belli was to dig out those old tools that we never use. Well I don't have any of those but this old tag was made several years ago at a class and never decorated so I decided it would work. I know it was a Tim Holtz class and we sponged colored all over the tag and then sprayed it with glittery spray. I used some flower tags from K&Co and lace, flowers and leaves from Prima and some gorgeous copper embellishments from Flourishes. Check out the DT Sisters links for more wonderful projects. Joy Hodden, Joan Ervin, Jessica Stockmeyer, Anne Harmon, Beth Norman, Maria Matter, Mary Marsh, Ceal Pritchett, Robin Parker.

This next card is a new stamp I just got from Sweet stamps, vertical pansies, colored with copics, Melissa Frances paper, MS butterfly punch, holographic peel offs over the ribbon and a gold pen to edge everything. This was done for the sketch challenge this week on Split Coast.

A couple of scenic cards from my retreat
This pretty waterfalls is from Blue Ridge Impressions Rubber Stamps. The mountains are an old PSX from Ebay and the trees are Stampscapes, bolders are Sutter and the big horn sheep is from an old Stampin up set. I colored and airbrushed this with copic markers on cryogen white paper. If you want to take some online scenic classes with video to watch and step by step print out directions visit Sandy's blog and contact her for info. She is a fantastic teacher and you will love her classes. They are very inexpensive and easy to follow.
All images on this scene are Stampscapes, stamped on semigloss paper and colored copics and airbrushed.

Scenic stamping week
I hosted a scenic stamping week in my area with 14 gals this week. We had a fabulous time, stamping, laughing and eating!! They stamped from 8am until midnight or later and created some gorgeous scenes. On these scenes I used stamps from Beeswax for the focal images, the bottom one I filled in on the left side of the falls with a couple of Stampscapes. The top one is done on semi gloss paper and inks, the lower one is done with copics and cryogen paper. Our retreat was fantastic and I think we all needed to laugh that much after the horrible winter and flooding this spring. It was great therapy.
