Marianne Dies and Casing Anja

I received some new Marianne Dies and saw this card or envelope on Anja's blog.  I made mine into a card but I loved her layout.  These new dies are gorgeous but be sure to add some wax paper between them and the card stock for easier removal.  The paper is from Kaiser Craft Violet Crush.  I used the Marianne Anja's gate, umbrella dies with a  Spellbinders corner.  I just added some pearls and a bow to finish this card.

Howdy Karen! Nope... Flourishes has not been sold. As I stated in the blog post, Jan Marie will be staying on as owner and gathering up a new team to design. Not sure when this will all happen but I wish her the best.

Looks like a fun spring design ready for some showers!

Karen, you know, you're the whole reason I bought my first Marianne cut and emboss folders. Haven't had those out in a while -- things get moved to the back and new things in front. Got to get those out. Now you're using these beautiful dies -- so pretty on your beautiful card with the gorgeous paper, pearls, and scrumptious ribbon! There are so many new and wonderful things all the time, I can't keep track. I don't want to miss seeing what you do with Marcella's new Power Poppy images. I know your cards will be creative and very feminine in your signature style. So exciting!

I am a huge fan of Marianne dies...in fact, one of my all time favorite dies is a Marianne! Your card is beautiful and then you finish it off with the most perfect bow! :)
