Just Rite Suddenly Spring

Suddenly Spring is the challenge on Just Rite's this week.  I used the gorgeous new French Rose background stamp and colored it in with copic markers and antiqued the edges.   I added some Cheery Lynn dies, mini fanciful flourish,
mini Polynesian sails doily in gold mirror card, mini French Pastry doily in pink with a peel off saying.  I added some punched corners with pearls and ribbon and bow to finish the card.

Our daily bread design, crosses

The challenge on ODBD is use a cross or something symbolic of the true meaning of Easter.  I used their Cross of Christ set and gold embossed the 2 largest crosses and then used some Antique linen distressed ink.  The embossing folder and border are from Marianne designs.  The words are gold glittered peel off letters from Michaels.  I added some soft champagne colored pearls and more of the Antique linen distress ink to finish the card.

Cheery Lynn's Celebrate challenge

I made this cute Easter card for the celebrate challenge at
Cheery Lynn.  I started this 5x7 card and used some designer paper from my stash.  I used the pretty basket with the bunny. I added a lace egg 1 and lace egg 5 that are cut on sticky paper and then I used glitter to color them.  I added some leaves from the rose strip and olive branch.   The flower is from the miniature rose trip and medium rose strip.  I added some peel off letters and a bow to finish the card.

Spring has Sprung

Spring has Sprung over at Our Daily Bread Design.  I love this darling lamb from The Shepard set.  I used a little bit skin tone on him and flower soft on the body. I used labels 8 and decorative labels 8 for the shapes and the pretty fence is from ODBD.  The mini fanciful flourish and flourish leaf strip are from Cheery Lynn Designs.  I added some cute prima leaves and flowers to finish the card.

Flourishes Bring on Spring

Bring on Spring is the theme for this week's challenge at Flourishes.   I used Flourishes  Old Fashioned Florals and colored it with copics.  The large oval is Perfectly Pierced Victorian Oval and I used a spellbinders scalloped oval in light pink and the center is part of the Perfectly Pierced Victorian.  The pretty border is Carnivale border by Cheery Lynn Designs.  The saying is stamped on the center piece of Decorative labels eight.

The Shabby Tea Room, anything goes

I absolutely love vintage/shabby but have a hard time with it.  After seeing the winners card on The Shabby Tea Room,  I decided to try and case it somewhat.  I used a 6x6 card, several papers from DCWV and edged them in silver pen.  The pretty mesh border is from Cheery Lynn Designs.   The cute little die in the center is a center piece of the Anja Square by Marianne dies.  I added lots of bling to the card with lace, flowers, leaves, baby's breath and pearls.  I didn't have the same elements as Kathy's card but she gave me great ideas on making it more vintage, thanks so much Kathy!!
